Acceptance by Bones U Like Pet Supplies, of 6 Welshpool Close, Warrington, Cheshire WA5 9JY (hereinafter called the ‘Company’), of any orders placed by the customer (hereinafter called the ‘Customer’), shall constitute a contract between the Company and the Customer subject to the following Terms and Conditions. To the exclusion to the extent permitted by law of all other warranties and conditions expressed or implied by law or otherwise. The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the company by placing the order.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received the order status will be ‘pending’, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you notification of your order status being updated to ‘confirmed’. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price/postage costs, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price/postage costs are acceptable. Bones U Like Pet Supplies reserves the right to cancel any order at our own discretion.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Method of Payment

Payment for Goods ordered should be made by debit or credit card, we also accept payment through cash on delivery for approved customers. You will receive confirmation that the transaction has been authorised and that your account has been debited. You will receive a customer order number which will be required for any correspondence.

Prices shown will be inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs may be payable in addition. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the description and price of the goods, however prices may be subject to alteration without notice. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from typographical errors in respect of the description or price of Goods ordered.

What cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. A processing charge of £2 will be applied to all credit card transactions; this charge does not apply to debit card transactions.

Must I pay by credit card?
No. You can also pay by cheque - a processing charge of 50p per cheque will be applied, be aware that no Goods will be dispatched until funds are cleared. Please make cheques payable to Bones U Like Pet Supplies or alternatively call us on 01925 368022 and we would be happy to take your payment.

Unpaid Cheques / Invoices / Accounts
The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with any unpaid cheques / Invoices / Accounts. An administration charge of £10 per communication will be applied for any correspondence regarding unpaid cheques, invoices or accounts.

Returns Policy

Always keep your invoice or despatch note, as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you wish to return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, The Company must be informed in writing within 7 days of receipt, before any item is returned, and the item returned undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days.

We try our very best to pack items securely in appropriate packaging materials but please be aware accidents can happen during transit and are beyond our control.

If any items of your order are damaged or missing from the order ordered we will arrange to replace or refund the items, providing you E Mail us within 24 hours of the date your order was delivered to you.

We will then contact the carrier to confirm delivery date and time.

If possible photographs of the damaged items would be appreciated.

Before we can replace or refund an item we will ask for the item to be returned back to us by the cheapest means possible.

We may request that you return the item back to us by recorded delivery in the post or we may arrange for the item to be collected by our carrier, the items must be packed as received to avoid any further possible damage.

Should we request you to return the items back to us, please enclose within the package a copy of the receipt given by the post office/ carrier and retain until we confirm receipt of the items back to us.

If you would like to receive a refund for the item returned, you may be charged for the cost of the original delivery cost. Additionally there will be a re-stocking charge to cover the original cost of shipping to you and for the handling of the item in our warehouse. This charge will be £10 even on a free delivery item.

After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to Bones U Like Pet Supplies by the courier . If this is so you will be responsible for the associated delivery and return costs.

If we are able to accept the return of any item, as detailed in the Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] Regulations 2000, we will refund the cost of that item minus a collection charge. Genuinely faulty goods will be credited by refunding the amount paid for the item in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.

Liability

The Company accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold on this site. The Company shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

If you are not satisfied with your Goods for any reason, you should notify The Company either over the telephone or by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods. Call 01925 368022 for assistance with your return, alternatively use our e-mail facility.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by The Company, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.

Upon contacting The Company to request a return you will be issued with a returns number and instructions for returning the goods.
