Acceptance by Bones U Like Pet Supplies Ltd, of The Navigation, 33 Canal Street, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 1RY (hereinafter called the ‘Company’), of any orders placed by the customer (hereinafter called the ‘Customer’), shall constitute a contract between the Company and the Customer upon subject to following Terms and Conditions to the exclusion to the extent permitted by law of all other warranties and conditions expressed or implied by law or otherwise. The Company shall be deemed to have accepted an order upon delivery of the goods in acceptance of the order. The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the company by placing the order.
Method of Payment
Payment for Goods ordered should be made by debit or credit card, we also accept payment through cash on delivery for approved custpomers. You will receive confirmation that the transaction has been authorised and that your account has been debited. You will receive a customer order number which will be required for any correspondence.
Prices shown will be inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs may be payable in addition. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the description and price of the goods, however prices may be subject to alteration without notice. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from typographical errors in respect of the description or price of Goods ordered.
Failure to pay for goods received
All goods received should be paid for in full by the customer, failure to pay for goods received may result in legal action by the company to recoup any outstanding debts - the customer will be liable for all costs incurred in the debt collection process.
What cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB.
Must I pay by credit card?
No. You can also pay cash on delivery or alternatively call us on 01928 771 635 and we would be happy to take your payment.
Can I place an order by telephone?
Simply make a note of the items you would like to order and call us at 01928 771 635.
Always keep your invoice or despatch note, as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you wish to return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, The Company must be informed within 7 days of receipt, before any item is returned, and the item returned undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days.
We try our very best to pack items securely in appropriate packaging materials but please be aware accidents can happen during transit and are beyond our control.
If we are able to accept the return of any item, as detailed in the Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] Regulations 2000, we will refund the cost of that item minus a collection charge. Genuinely faulty goods will be credited by refunding the amount paid for the item in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The Company accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold on this site. The Company shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible, and we endeavour to provide the best possible service to you.
If you are not satisfied with your Goods for any reason, you should notify The Company either over the telephone or by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods. Call 01928 771 635 for assistance with your return, alternatively use our e-mail facility.
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by The Company, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.
Upon contacting The Company to request a return you will be issued with a returns number and instructions for returning the goods.
We take your complaints very seriously indeed. If you are unhappy with our service in any way, we would like to know. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days.
